Custom Renovation of a One-Bedroom Apartment in Odessa — AG Group
We are pleased to present one of AG Group’s completed projects— a custom renovation of a one-room apartment in Odessa, designed as a cohesive space that combines modern design, comfort, functionality, and solutions thought out down to the smallest detail.
The design is based on a light and serene color palette featuring warm beige, cream, and powdery shades. Decorative panels, elegant moldings, textured surfaces, accent lighting, and custom-made furniture come together to create an elegant interior that looks modern yet remains cozy.
Special attention was paid to the layout of the space. In a studio apartment, it’s important to make the most efficient use of every square meter, so the project carefully considered storage solutions, lighting, and the placement of furniture, appliances, and functional areas.

In this project, the details play a key role: decorative wall finishes, recessed lighting, carefully selected materials, modern furniture, and a harmonious blend of textures. As a result, the apartment has achieved a cohesive, signature style without being overloaded with unnecessary elements.
The living room combines a comfortable seating area with a functional storage system and a TV area. The deep-hued upholstered furniture creates a striking accent against the light-colored interior. Decorative lighting highlights the architecture of the walls and lends the space a special atmosphere in the evening.
The kitchen is designed in the same style as the rest of the apartment. Light-colored cabinet fronts, decorative moldings, and a countertop and backsplash with a marble pattern create an elegant look. Built-in appliances help maintain clean lines and maximize the kitchen’s functionality.
